My Personal Weight-Loss Has Been Amazing

In a recent Jonathan Budd coaching video, he suggested that to be a successful Internet Entrepreneur SuperStar we must “just let it go” and asked us to comment on what we thought about after pondering that concept.
If your goal is to become an Internet Entrepreneur SuperStar, then…
I have to begin by suggesting that to think about this in my “Mind” just muddles the water. To get to a space where I can get to the truth about the suggestion, it is far easier for me if I can allow myself to get out of my conscious thinking Mind and escape to Self. Self for me is a state of Being existing entirely in the now (by now I mean in a fraction of the second, one fraction at a time) which means I can come from my experience of “just letting it go” and not just send an instruction to my Mind, but to do that, let me put things in a little different context by floating some balls in the air and suggesting some ways to blow your mind so you can become an Internet Entrepreneur SuperStar.
Several ways to “blow your mind” and become an Internet Entrepreneur SuperStar
The practice of Zen or zazen, is one method to get into a state of Being simply by meditating and pondering being at one with the universe and all that it is and isn’t. In the meditation, allow yourself to experience a state of no mindedness by allowing all thought patterns to dissipate, in other words just quiet down until they disappear. A space or a gap in time will take place by just staying totally relaxed and staying with it. Sit in a cross legged position with each hand resting on each respective knee with the index finger softly touching the adjoining thumb and simply close your eyes.
Another approach to letting go and becoming an Internet Entrepreneur SuperStar is to apply Transcendental Meditation…
By using transcendental meditation or other meditative techniques you can accomplish similar states of escaping Mind or experiencing a state of no mindedness. The brain thinks in fragmented thoughts, just let them come into your mind and let them go, and think a sound, a mantra like (ohm) is a typical example after each thought or fragment of a thought and do nothing with it just let it come and go.
TM purists will go nuts with this very incomplete explanation and if you are interested in pursuing this technique resort to Google to find an acceptable expert. All I am saying is the method definitely works. Here again, sit in a relaxed position, can be on a chair or bench, hands in similar position as above and close your eyelids, gently tilting your eye balls upward slightly. Then just watch fragmented thoughts come and go. As the thoughts slow down and you follow each with the mantra, eventually the thoughts will cease. Ah, that state of Being without thought. Thus you are freeing you mind to a restorative state that will allow you become highly focused. Then apply an affirmation that “I am now a highly successful Internet Entrepreneur SuperStar.”
You May Chose To Use Eckhart Tolle’s Method of Meditation To Clear Your Mind so you can become that Internet Entrepreneur SuperStar
By resorting to simply creating space between thoughts by observing your breathing. Observe breathing in, holding for a few seconds and slowly expelling your breath as suggested by Eckhart Tolle. Upon re-entry into your little “monkey” mind, as some Buddhists refer to it, it may make you wonder, Am I the breath, the breather or am I the membrane between the breath and the breather or am I all or none of it? You can drive your little thinking mind, your conscious mind crazy.
Another method of becoming mindless so you can achieve becoming that Internet Entrepreneur SuperStar is to apply the principles of the theory of Existentialism
Another method that works to escape being at the effect of your conscious thinking mind can stem from understanding the theory of existentialism. The idea here is: at the center of the mass of your physical body which you can visualize by picturing spinning your body head over heels on any angle and then by spinning your hips in opposite directions, there exists a single point or atom occupying the center point that extends to infinity in every single direction that is connected to all that exists and to all that does not exist (space) and that by focusing on that one atom, consisting of nothingness, you can experience who I am ( your infinite connectedness) which is a molecular chain of absolute nothingness and no mindedness again in any direction to infinity. When pondering or visualizing that state of Being, you can escape your thinking conscious Mind as in meditation. Once mindless you can bring into your mind the vision of being an Internet Entrepreneur SuperStar.
By focusing on Your Understanding of Molecular Science you can Clearly Clear Your Mind and then move on to Imaging your Self as an Internet Entrepreneur SuperStar.
Another method that works in transcending the Mind to get to the state of Being, is by simply focusing on an understanding of science and a discussion of molecular structure and even more finite the topic of the structure of an atom.
The fact that 99.99% of an atom is nothingness, space within the atom occupies almost all of it. Then when you look into outer space and see the distance between all that exists in our galaxy and all other galaxies to infinity in every direction, 99.99% of all of that space consists mostly of nothingness.
Granted all matter consists of chemical compounds mostly consisting of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and a few other basic elements all of which consist of atoms that are 99.99% nothingness.
Now ask yourself, “what does my body consist of?” Nothing but atoms. So what are we if not nothingness. This leads many to say well we have a spirit, and then ask what does it consist of? So why not frame an image of yourself as an Internet Entrepreneur SuperStar?
This leads to another question and that is, are we real or are we illusion? Because I am, I exist but this leads me to chose whether I am is Cause or Effect and if I am is Cause, then I must be God like which leads me to my Being an eternal existence without beginning and without end. That raises the question, am I an immortal Being with a mortal body or am I a mortal Being destined to become matter without breath. My experience of Self tells me it is the former but who knows experientially without relying on faith or waiting to experience death?
Further to be Cause means I have to take total responsibility for all my experiences of everything that is, has ever been or ever will be. This concept was introduced by Werner Erhard in his program called “est”.
This leads me to conclude, everything is just the way it is and the way it isn’t. Experience tells me I am here but not who I am. I am who I am. Therefore I can instruct my Mind to “just let it go” and then who I am can experience what letting it go did for me.
In a state of no mindedness it is already all gone and there is nothing to let go. By staying in the Now and Being, allows YOU to observe who I am and your life on earth becomes eternal as YOU remain in a constant state of experiencing aliveness and true joy in your heart. It allows you to come from any context YOU CHOOSE i.e. coming from I am it all, allows YOU to come from abundance, come from excellence, come from shear bliss as Jonathan, a true Internet SuperStar Entrepreneur and I do.

As human beings, we are all born with equal access to an abundance of everything in life. The air we breathe, the land we walk on, the food we eat, the clothing we wear, the beaches, the mountains, the lakes and the streams, the cities large and small and all the beautiful places of interest therein. To Him, I am eternally grateful for providing us with all that we have and every breath that we take.

We are all free to make choices, at least those of us residing in the western world. Of course, we are all subject to the laws of the land and the mores and culture of our people. However, given we have the personal desire, we are readily able to relocate or travel to any other part of the free world also given we abide by the laws of our homeland and the countries we visit given we have the financial means to pay our way.
Having had the privilege of traveling to numerous countries and the opportunity of meeting new and exciting people has been one of my greatest pleasures in life. However, I know there are remaining numerous other countries I look forward to visiting and innumerable people I truly want to meet before this life is over. Hopefully this is true for you.
Let me now draw your attention to the world of the Internet. It is available on desk-top, lap-top computers and on most cell phones today either by a cable connection or a phone-card built in or attached. You can be located almost anywhere on the planet and still have access to the Internet. A vast horizon of discovery, information and tools to generate a living almost beyond imagination can be accomplished on the Internet, given average to above average intelligence, persistent patience, motivation and a proven system.
As a tool, the Internet can provide the means to link up and associate with nearly anyone in any country or any company in any industry if one is personally motivated and earnestly wanting to earn significant income. It is there for us to discover opportunities to capture multiple streams of income as well as opportunities for personal development and growth.
To put the Internet to work for you, you will need to have or gain knowledge and skill-sets that are unique to the Entrepreneurial nature of the Internet.
You will want to associate with established industry leaders who offer a sound proven system with step-by-step instructions. To be a major force on the Internet it is also highly advantageous to establish your very own personal identity, called personal branding.
You will also need to develop your own “nerve center” consisting of a few select software tools, a bank account with a credit and/or debit card, a residual income opportunity company that will meet the test of time and one which you can be proud to devote energy to and to align yourself with numerous well selected affiliate alliances.
These steps are required to be successful and to save yourself a lot of heart aches, money and time I highly recommend finding yourself one or more success coaches or mentors. Ultimately, it will save you perhaps years of time and thousands of dollars.
Additionally, in choosing your opportunity company because of the perilous economic conditions we live in today, you will want to consider selecting an MLM company that can provide delivery anywhere in the free world, affordable products that will have universal demand and provide extraordinary benefits to all who consume them. Global diversification may prove to be a huge factor in the accomplishment of your goals.
You may also wish to select a MLM company that offers a means of compensation outside the country you reside in. This is not to avoid tax liability but to be able to avoid an unintended bank failure. You will also want to carefully select your MLM company as there are huge variances in compensation plans and there is nothing worse than already being stuck in an MLM company where you simply cannot reach the Big Bonus Plans because of outlandishly high volume levels or too few pay levels or a binary with one run away leg. MLM Network Marketers – Shrinking MLM Residual Income?

In Remembrance of the Legendary Coach John Wooden. This marks the passing of a true legend. A gentleman in all ways and my definition of a perfect “Mentor and Coach” John Wooden.
One day in the fall of 1960, I was on the campus at UCLA and walking in the hall of the Coach’s Offices and Coach Wooden spotted me and waived for me to come into his office and sit down. Coach Wooden was the legendary basketball coach and I was on the football team. He called me by my first name and said, “Jack come on in and sit down, I want to talk to you for a few minutes.” I was somewhat taken aback by his even knowing who I was, let alone knowing me by my first name. I later learned he had a photographic memory and could probably name any athlete anywhere by first and last name.
What impressed me most, was his sincere concern about my interests, my life on and off campus, my classes, my major and my plans for the future. As I sat there responding to his questions I had the feeling he cared about nothing else but me. He had a way of making you feel so special and that he truly cared about me and especially my plans for the future. In reflection, this was one of the most precious moments of my life.
About 30 years later I was working downtown Los Angeles in the investment banking business and after leaving my office and walking towards the parking lot to my car, I passed in front of a hotel and noticed a sidewalk sign that said UCLA Bruin Bench Meeting, Guest Speaker: John Wooden. I couldn’t resist going in and see if I could attend the meeting. As I approached the door, there stood John Wooden, the legend himself, standing there greeting every guest as he approached. Keep in mind it has been at least 30 years since I had my personal encounter with Coach Wooden, and as soon as he saw me approaching he said, “Jack how are you and how have you been?”
It was like a day hadn’t passed since that day in his office and this feeling came over me that was nearly overwhelming. I thought my heart would burst out of my chest. It was as though our lives had never skipped a beat. What a treat that evening was and again one of the most precious and memorable events in my life.
In retrospect, what I gained more than anything from John Wooden is learning the importance of having a mentor in your life. I have been blessed by having had a few who have added significantly to my life but none had the impact like the legendary Coach Johnny Wooden even though it was just one brief encounter, I will always remember him as the perfect “Mentor & Coach”.
In future posts, I will reflect on other Mentors who have impacted my life and why I think having a mentor, can change your life for the better and is an imperative especially if you see yourself as an MLM leader and at the top of your MLM leader board.
